How do I register for the examination?
You can register on the website of National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
You will need PAN card to register along with the registration fees (Rs 1500/- for NISM Series X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1) Certification Examination).
After successful registration, candidates may select a test centre, date and time slot of their choice on the Test Administrator’s website. Candidates are required to follow further instructions available on the Test Administrator’s websites.
What is the structure of the examination?
The examination consists of 90 multiple choice questions and 9 caselets/case-based questions. The assessment structure is as follows:
